Mike enjoys the fast-paced environment, being trusted to make decisions for the company, and giving CEO Mick Webber a hard time.

Everett has been married to his wife Shelly for 27 years. They have two kids, Jake,21 and Macy, 16. He enjoys raising cattle with Jake and following college football – go Pokes!

His knowledge of the manufacturing process, production planning, and his management skills make him a very valuable asset to our manufacturing team.
