The Cherokee Nation Summer Youth Employment Program is an opportunity for young natives to participate in summer jobs and internships related to their fields of interest. Laurel Reynolds, a senior at Claremore High School, is taking advantage of the program by working in the HydroHoist corporate office in Oklahoma. “I’m so thankful HydroHoist and the Cherokee Nation have given me the opportunity to learn and gain real-world experience that just can’t be taught in a classroom. I’ve enjoyed learning about how an international business works, and want to thank those at HydroHoist who have been so helpful with my learning experience,” said Laurel.
