Lake of the Ozarks Freedom Float Giveaway (“Giveaway” or “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by HydroHoist Boat Lifts, a Waterfront Brands company (“Sponsor”). By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. 

1. Sweepstakes Period 

The Giveaway begins on June 22, 2026 at 10am Central Time and ends on June 5, 2026 at 11:59pm Central Time (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s designated computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. 

2. Eligibility 

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the service area of HydroHoist of the Ozarks, located at 448 S Main St, Gravois Mills, MO 65037. 

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of HydroHoist, Waterfront Brands, HydroHoist of the Ozarks, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, residency within HydroHoist of the Ozarks’ service area, and compliance with these Official Rules at any time. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification. 

3. How to Enter 

To enter, complete the official Giveaway entry form during the Sweepstakes Period as instructed by Sponsor or HydroHoist of the Ozarks. 

No purchase, payment, product ownership, warranty registration, or dealer transaction is required to enter or win. 

Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Entries submitted through automated, robotic, programmed, script-generated, or other non-manual methods are prohibited and will be void. 

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, duplicate, or otherwise non-compliant entries will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. 

4. Prize 

The prize consists of a HydroHoist Epic Port. 

Prize details are subject to availability and may vary. Installation, delivery, removal of existing equipment, site preparation, permits, electrical work, accessories, upgrades, taxes, fees, and any other expenses not specifically stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise specified in writing by Sponsor. 

Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize, or any portion of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. 

Prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as may be provided by the manufacturer. 

5. Winner Selection and Odds 

Potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representatives, whose decisions are final and binding. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

6. Winner Notification and Announcement 

The potential winner will be contacted directly using the contact information provided at the time of entry. 

The winner may also be announced on HydroHoist’s Facebook page after eligibility has been verified and the winner has been confirmed. 

Potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within 7 business days of the date the notification is sent, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 

Before being declared an official winner, the potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, confirm residency within the participating dealer’s service area, provide a valid mailing address or installation address, and complete any required documentation. 

7. Prize Delivery and Installation 

Prize fulfillment details will be determined by Sponsor and HydroHoist of the Ozarks. 

Installation is not included unless expressly stated in the prize description or official promotional materials. If installation is included, installation is subject to site conditions, HydroHoist of the Ozarks’ availability, geographic service limitations, and any other requirements determined by Sponsor or HydroHoist of the Ozarks. 

Sponsor and HydroHoist of the Ozarks are not responsible for delays, site issues, permitting requirements, weather conditions, unavailable access, or other circumstances that may affect prize delivery or installation. 

8. Taxes and Expenses 

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, local, and other taxes, fees, duties, and expenses associated with prize acceptance, receipt, ownership, installation, or use. 

Winner may be required to provide tax documentation before the prize is awarded. Sponsor may issue tax reporting documentation as required by law. 

9. License and Publicity Rights 

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor, participating dealers, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, agencies, and designees permission to use entrant’s name, likeness, city, state, province, territory, entry information, prize information, and any submitted content for advertising, marketing, promotional, public relations, social media, website, dealer communication, and trade purposes without additional notice, review, approval, compensation, or attribution, unless prohibited by law. 

10. Privacy 

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be collected and used by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, awarding prizes, maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.boatlift.com/privacy-policy/. 

Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win and will not increase the odds of winning. 

11. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time if Sponsor determines that the Giveaway is impaired or incapable of running as planned for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, security breach, force majeure event, or any other cause that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, violating these Official Rules, acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or threatening manner, or attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. 

12. Release and Limitation of Liability 

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Waterfront Brands, participating dealers, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or injuries arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway; entry submission; acceptance, receipt, possession, installation, use, or misuse of any prize; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or any breach of these Official Rules. 

13. Disputes and Governing Law 

Except where prohibited by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

As a condition of participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or demands arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma. 

14. Social Media Disclaimer 

The Giveaway may be advertised or promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform unless expressly stated by Sponsor. By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform. 

Entrants must comply with all applicable social media platform terms, rules, and policies when engaging with Giveaway-related content. 

15. Winner List and Rules Requests 

To request a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send a written request with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to:

Requests for the winner list must be received no later than one month after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
